Martha has over 27 years of experience in commercial and investment banking, financial advisory, and investment policy and oversight advisory services for a variety of state and local agencies and non-profit organizations. She has advised on new capital financing programs for first time borrowers, negotiating letters of credit and other instruments in support of new debt financings and overseeing the introduction of new credits to the bond market. Primarily working in the water, wastewater, and transportation sectors, Martha has assisted several renewable energy clients interested in capital financing utilizing traditional and innovative funding options. Martha also serves as Sperry’s structured investment broker for Guaranteed Investment Contracts.
