Bryant Jenkins

Managing Principal

Bryant has provided infrastructure advisory services to public and private sector clients across the U.S. since 1996. He has broad experience in financial modeling, transaction management, procurement support and business case development, and provides Sperry’s advisory teams with these valuable skills that are required for today’s complex infrastructure projects. Bryant frequently advises on the strategic, commercial and financial aspects of infrastructure projects. His demonstrated ability to collaborate with relevant technical and legal advisers and multiple stakeholders assists Sperry clients in bringing their projects to completion. To this end, Bryant was part of the Sperry team that advised Caltrans on the Presidio Parkway and he led the Sperry Team that advised the TxDOT and the general engineering consultant on the Grand Parkway System. Both projects and advisory engagements were recognized by the National Council of Public-Private Partnerships as Infrastructure Projects of the Year in 2016.

Prior to joining Sperry in 2011, Bryant worked as a public finance banker at UBS Securities and Stone & Youngberg on over $25 billion of senior managed transactions in transportation, water, school districts, health care, and structured finance. He also served as a Director with KPMG’s Infrastructure Advisory practice working on public-private partnership engagements for TxDOT, Virginia DOT, Indiana Finance Authority, NYC Municipal Water Finance Authority and others.
