Thomas Anthony

Thomas joined Sperry Capital as an Associate in 2025, supporting public-sector advisory engagements in transportation infrastructure, public facilities, and project finance. His responsibilities include financial modeling, market soundings, industry benchmarking, and preparation of analytical materials for client presentations and advisory work.

At Sperry, Thomas is a member of the advisory team working with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority on the I-105 ExpressLanes Project. His contributions include financial analysis and development of the business case informing Metro’s decisions on the plan of finance. Thomas also supports the City of Burbank on a municipal facilities project, assisting with financial planning, feasibility analysis, and evaluation of funding and financing strategies, including potential public-private partnership structures.

Prior to joining Sperry, Thomas worked in project finance at Silicon Valley Bank. His work included financial modeling, credit analysis, cash flow structuring, and preparation of credit memoranda and investment committee materials. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and the Series 50 Municipal Advisor Representative designation.
