Lucy is an Associate at Sperry Capital, supporting advisory engagements in transportation finance and infrastructure project financing. Her work includes financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and research in support of client planning and decision-making.
At Sperry, Lucy has contributed to several active client engagements. She has supported the San Mateo County Express Lanes program, assisting with FY2027 budget development and cash flow waterfall modeling, and has assisted with advisory work for the Bay Area Infrastructure Financing Authority (BAIFA) in connection with the BAIFA express lanes. She also supports ongoing advisory services for the Transbay Joint Powers Authority related to the $2.259 billion Salesforce Transit Center and The Portal program, including financial modeling and post-issuance monitoring of the Series 2020 Tax Allocation Bonds. She has also supported financing advisory engagements for Oregon Facilities Authority, the California State Association of Counties, and Marin Municipal Water District.
Before joining Sperry, Lucy worked at Gordon Brothers, where she supported consumer product inventory valuations. She holds a B.S. in Finance and Management from Northeastern University, where she received the Mark L. and Karen D. Vachon Scholarship, a faculty-nominated award for excellence in finance, and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma for ranking in the top 10 percent of her graduating class. She holds the Series 50 Municipal Advisor Representative designation.
