Bailey joined Sperry Capital full-time in 2021 as an Associate, following a successful six-month internship with the Sperry team. Bailey provides quantitative and analytical support on Sperry client engagements and transactions. Her experience includes work with state DOTs, public sector agencies, and private sector clients on infrastructure projects for transportation, rail transit, tolling, express lanes/managed lanes, affordable housing, and other sectors. In 2023, Bailey was promoted to Senior Associate, and in 2025, she was promoted to Vice President. Previously, Bailey worked at Jefferies on the equity sales support middle office team and at Wellington Management in portfolio services.
