Jim has over 35 years of experience in municipal advisory and public finance investment banking services. He has managed multiple major financing transactions for water and sewer utilities, public power agencies, renewable energy corporations, transportation agencies, general municipal government, and non-profit corporations. As regional manager for a national investment banking firm, he successfully completed several transactions for many large joint powers agencies making use of innovative project financing structures. Following the national trend in infrastructure procurement, he has become engaged in the development of public-private partnerships for major water, transportation and broadband projects.
