Jillian has an extensive background working in infrastructure advisory in Sacramento, San Francisco and New South Wales, Australia. Jillian established The Infrastructure Collaborative, an infrastructure advisory business focused on pre-planning, strategy, and funding infrastructure projects so they are shovel-ready.

 

Jillian has a unique skill set at the intersection of civil engineering, project management, private and public-sector development, and enjoys connecting clients, contractors, communities and government sponsors.

 

Her firm has focused on improving infrastructure in Australia and provided consulting services to the State Government, over 75 municipal councils, private consultants and indigenous clients. Working as a Principal Consultant to the Sperry team, Jillian provides invaluable insights into project development and delivery for our infrastructure advisory clients on innovative transportation projects and private sector-led infrastructure development.
